Tom, I don't agree. You can't spot reduce weight. You can however target the shape of body areas by weight training though. Roy, it's your diet that is crucial for your weight loss, but any exercise where it gets a sweat on, and your heart beating fast will help support this. I do fairly short bursts of high intensity work outs. I find they support my losses better than longer less energetic ones. Wishing you all the best. Claire
