Beth's food diary (: -- JANUARY

I haven't been feeling well and there was not much food in the house. I couldn't go out to do a food shop due to the snow :/ so, I didn't eat much since I started the diet. Today's been much better so far, though.

04/01/10:

Omlette with cheese (8 pts)
16 Ritz crackers (5 pts)
4 fish cakes!! (6 pts)

05/01/10:

Omlette with cheese (5 pts - less eggs this time)
Hot chocolate (2 pts)
16 Ritz crackers (5 pts)
Whipped cream, hahaa. For a sugar fix! (2 pts)
Hot chocolate (2 pts)

There's not much food in the house at the mo and my parents can't do a food shop because we're snowed in :/

My diet should be better next week! I prefer fruits to vegs, though ;)

10/01/10:

I weighed in today and I lost 2 lbs! I'm quite pleased with that. I would have liked to lose a bit more but it's time of the month and I usually gain 4 lbs so that's a progress! (Y)

I really struggled to eat food today so the menu looks terrible :/

I know what you mean about struggling to eat meals when you feel ill!! I struggled to eat last week, but since I've been better I can't seem to stop! lol Yeah you should eat more fruit and veg, but I think if you eat what you like you are more likely to stick to the diet, so you go for it girl! You're obviously doing something right!

I'm slowly getting better but with all the ice and snow, it's not exactly safe to go out so the food in the house are going each day lol! I'm quite fussy with food, haha. I've been on WW before without eating a lot of fruit and veg but I still lost 2st :] I just make sure I take my vitamins and eat my apples, they seem to be the only fruit I like ;]

11/01/10:

9 points used out of 25... oh gawd, that's really bad! I'm entitled to 25 points a day because of my weight but I'm really struggling to use the points at the mo :/
If I'm going to college tomorrow, I'm going to make up for it by eating a bar of chocolate and have Cherry Coke! ;]

Whoops! Haven't posted in a while :/ I went off the tracks... basically lived on Jaffa cakes because I'm up to my neck in assignments and I couldn't be bothered to think about food. Lost two pounds this week, though. Totally unexpected! :D

The diary will be up and running tomorrow! :]
