Decided to start keeping a food diary again to see if it will help me stay on track. I have been 100% for almost 2 weeks now and am so proud of myself!!!

Breakfast: 3 Krisprolls (hexb)
3 Dairylea light triangles (hexa)

Lunch: Packet of batchelors macaroni (1 syn) 3 Krisprolls (hexb) - Im addicted!!

Dinner: Chinese Takeaway chicken chow mein (380g portion) (7 syns) some boiled rice too.

Going to have a meringue nest and total and strawberries for desert (2.5 syns)

Yay i lost a pound this week !!!

Meals for today as follows, though i'm having a party tonight so i am sure i will be having a flexi evening.

Breakfast: 3 krisprolls with cheese (B & A)

Lunch: Pasta n sauce
