Between lunch and dinner syn-less snacks...

    ...Or just a couple of syns maybe!
    This is the time of day (between lunch and tea time) where I get crazy hungry and with it only being my second day of SW, I'm still having a little bit of a hunger issue at this time!
    I have 3 syns left today and whilst I have been good, I don't mind using all my syns each day for the first few weeks or so. Does anybody have any good snacks that are syn-less or up to 3 syns each?

    Have you tried the mug shots in noodle or pasta they are free food, make sure your eating enough at your meals with plenty off the free list. Muller light yogurts are a life saver majority are free some have syns.

    Ooh I've just had a mugshot for lunch with some natural yoghurt and fruit and I do feel quite full.
