2x back bacon (george forman)

s/w chips, baked beans
28gm cheddar (HE a)

raspberries, melon, couple grapes, slice of mango with good for you fromage frais


syns: 1/2 pack sugar free polo's - 3.5

egg fried rice (frylite)
with mushrooms, chicken & spring onions.
lettuce, celery, radishes, tomatoes & cucumber .

baby carrots, peas, sweetcorn, mushrooms, onions & oxo cube. with chunky crispy potatoes on top (variation of s/w chips)
served with cabbage & cauliflower.

ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, celery, radishes with 28gm cheddar (HE a)

Well done on your loss!
Can I just ask, when you do your egg fried rice, what sort of pan do you do it in? Ive tried it in my wok but the rice just sticks to it! x

egg fried rice.
i cook the rice, rinse & leave to cool (better if you put in fridge overnight)
i then spray my wok with frylite in add a couple of beaten eggs continuously stirring until scrambled effect. i then add my rice with anything else i chuck in like chopped mushrooms, onions & cooked chicken again stirring continuously until thoroughly warmed.
p.s. also throw in some dark soy sauce.
