Bf popped the question today :)

Hope everybody has had a nice weekend!
My bf popped the question to me today, I'm over the moon but sad that the ring didn't fit my chubby finger.
I got it past the knuckle ok but it's a tight push to get it to where it should be... I don't want to return it or get the band widened... Am I right in thinking that when u lose weight the body shrinks allover, fingers too? It's only logic, right?
No more cheating and putting things off...it's now or never...I don't want to be fat on my wedding day!

Yes, your fingers will shrink - mine did! The day I managed to get my original engagement ring back on was a wonderful one. :)

Congratulations hun! And you know what? I reckon you'll end up having to have that ring made smaller, not bigger... :D

I've just had to have my engagement ring resized down from a size n to a k, it now looks tiny!! So definitely will happen.

Have you set a date?

Your fingers will shrink - it happened to me.
My feet also went back to my original size meaning that your whole body will transform - good luck with your journey and congratulation once again on getting engaged x

Congratulations.... and obviously that was the 'fiance' thinking ahead and buying the ring size he knew would fit when you reached goal.

That's wonderful news! Congrats and like everyone said; you're fingers will get smaller too. Mine already did. I had to swap my weddingring to the other hand since it would slide of constantly :)
