Was in town today with my mom & my sister and we stopped for lunch in BHS.
We all had cajun chicken which consisted of a chicken breast in cajun spices, with a baked potato & salad but I'm not sure how it was cooked. The chicken wasn't coated in bread crumbs and hadn't been fried so I wondered how it was cooked and if I needed to count any oil....
The poster advertising it said it was less than 3% fat and under 600 calories.
However it was lush!
