Well here I am again, restarting SW. After trying numerous other diets I always seem to end up back with the old faithful. Just need to stick to it!!

Today is a red day:

Mixed berries with fat free yoghurt

Bacon, quorn sausage, tomatoes, eggs
2 slices of wm bread (400g loaf) (b)

Apple, banana

Chicken wrapped in bacon stuffed with cheese (a) roasted peppers, onions, courgettes

2 slices toast (b)

Milk in tea (a)

Wow this forums busy! My diary was lost in the ether :)

Today is an EE day:

Yoghurt and berries followed by a bacon butty (2 slices from a 400g loaf)

Vegetable risotto (aborio rice, stock, garlic, asparagus, mushroom, peppers and peas)
Cheese (a)

Chicken stir fry with beansprouts

Actually, just realised today's plan is more mix to max than extra easy. Won't have any extra HEs though. Feel quite guilty having risotto for lunch at the mo. Usually try to have something lighter
