Big day To day - for me

Friday the 7th May is my starting LL day !!!!!!
I've got my packs and a car boot full of water.
Reading some of the posts here I think coming back to this site might become a habit and i'm looking forward to reading about everyone's LL.

I've delayed and put it off for a while which makes me sad - thinking of where I would be today, a month or so on the program :-(
BUt, looking forward I'm now looking to where I will be & how I will be a month from today. A month on LL :)


1st Goal: Finish All Day Friday
2nd Goal: Through the weekend

The first few days can be a bit hard but drink plenty of water, stick at it and when you weigh in next week get ready to be amazed at the loss you will have achieved :)
