Hello, Welcome To My New Diary for 2013.... The tail end of 2012 hasn't gone to well for my weight loss, so I have drawn a line under it and started afresh with new books from group & a new Food Diary Page. I shall be posting my workouts, recipes of meals I regularly make, pictures of meals & anything else requested by the people who read this. *MY STORY SO FAR....* I am a Man from Portsmouth who is on a weight loss and fitness journey. My Target is to get to 16st and be fit enough to run the Great South Run (10 miles) on 26th October 2013. I started my Journey early March 2012 when I weighed in at 26st 12lb. I lost weight quite easily by following the Slimming World plan and attending the Gym regularly. By October I had lost 6st 3lb but that's when I lost my way a bit and I've since put 2st back on. I weighed in on Sunday 30th December at 22st 9lb (-59lb or 4st 3lb) I have spent a few days clearing out all the foods that are off plan ready to start on the 2nd of January 2013.
