Big Hi to everyone!

As you can see, I'm new and im hoping this will be my support and push to losing weight. Always been 'bigger' than avaerage and finally want to be under that line. Recently became a Full Time Carer so thats not helping my weight (in fact gained 7pounds since march!) My new aim is to just be inspired and proud of myself and to enjoy looking in the mirror!!! :p
Any advice would be very much appreciated x
