hi peeps
im really over the moon at moment, i now fit into a size 10 on top from a 14,went shoppin and bought some tiny holiday tops, but really anoid and frustrated with my bottom half its smaller than started but not budging enough 16 to 14!!:mad: is this normal???,my chemist sed its the last place to loose weight, but i dont feel hopefull that i will in 6 weeks wen i go away.my childbearin hips will always be big and dont get me wrong i think women are sexier with big hips, like beyonce and j lo but iv still got unwanted fat in the most anoin areas,totally been excercisin as well to tone up cant see a big change bin on lt for over a month.

help !!!

I'm the same hun. I can get in a 12 at the top no problems...I can do a size 12 skirt, but a size 12 jeans....arrrrggghh. Its my bloomin thighs.

People keep saying that to me. The pictures must be an optical illusion. Honestly I am a 12 on top and a 14 at the bottom. Obviously I've put them on there coz they are flattering pictures. I'm stood up so the tummy is flatter. If I took a picture now in a size 12 jean...the muffin top would make my look two sizes bigger. I'd rather fit comfortably into a size then squeeze into a size, coz I think you look bigger that way.

you still have time before your hols in 6wks to get down to a smaller size or two so don't be disheartened. wish i could get into a size 10 top but there's no way on earth that's going to happen.

Hey girl stick at it and I promise it will go. More walking and try doing some weights to really tone up those legs, perhaps you should try yoga. It really does lengthen your limbs and whole body.

You have made great progress so far, so keep at it.

Argggggghhhhhh...the curse of the bottom half...dont u just hate it??? I look luverly if sat at a table!!!!!!lol stand up and Total eclipse...Just keep goin hun...if ur top half is a 10 then its gotta start comin off somewhere else right????????? Heres to a smaller booty in 6 wks chick!!!!x

Hi chick ...i am having the same problem...i have around 2 months left and my legs and ass dont seem to be budging fast enough for my liking...and yes, i was also told they would be the last to go ... i am well happy with my top half 10 - 12 but the bottom half needs a rocket.
Saying that other people have said that it does start to melt away so fingers crossed ... more running hun.... xx

You are not able to alter your body's frame so if you are broard of beam then blame your mum:D, but if its all jiggly then exercise, exercise - Nic has some great info on Slendertone knickers - perhaps they will push things along nicely ???

I've heard you lose weight from the head down so on other diets we normally give up by the time it reaches our hips :mad:
However having larger hips emphasises your thin waste :D
Stick at it and you'll definiately have them hips toned but you dont want them to go too much ;)

Hi hun im the same, size 12-14 top and 14 bottom now but bottom half was def the last to go! Ive always been really pear shaped but it really does go!! I tried 2 pencil skirts on yesterday and felt great in them! Honestly it will reduce but you have to have hips xx
