big loss needed...

hey all!
after 3 week stall :sigh: i finally lost some weight this week... yey! (2lb)
would really like to lose at least three pounds next week to take me past another stone barrier....
has any one any tips or menus from a big loss week that they would care to share???
have renewed vigour and dont want it to dwindle

true about the cheats jim - thats why i stalled it seems. those diabetic choccies are off the menu now!!

with spring in the air i might just fancy the odd long walk around these hills too!
