Big weight losses

just reading through some of the weight loss what r u all doing to get those weight losses I'm sticking to w/w and only get 2lbs weight loss in the first week :cry: but i have not changed my breakfast/lunches or dinners as i eat low fat all Ive had to do is cut all the crap out between meals and i use to eat a lot of take away at weekends Ive just cut them out one or two a month now.
you lot are doing so well keep it up:D

I've never had "big" weightlosses. 4lb is about the most and that hasn't happened in quite a while (and sometimes i find 3-4lbs 1 week - 1lb or none the next).

So don't get disheartened

I've never had big losses either, and I would be over the moon to get a 2 lb per week loss :)
Well done you, and don't do yourself a disservice either as you're doing fab :) xxx

Sadly, I`m not one who has big losses so can`t advise x
