i watched a bit yesterday, I think its all the water weight, reduction in calories combined with the intoduction of exercise.

although they may wish it was, most of it wouldnt be fat.

i love the show i also think the bigger you are the faster it comes of plus they excersie for hrs every day , the thing i dont like about the show is it dosent show what they feed them on

they have protein diet mainly i think saw an interview with one of them it said prtein shake for brekkie, chicken/fish and salad for lunch and tea and 3-4 hrs exercise /day x
