Bike Ride

Hi Guys

Just thought id let you all know i completed my 26 mile bike ride in aid of Breast cancer campaign.
It was a tough route with a couple of hills even though it said it was going to be flat.
Anyway i completed it in 3 hours 20 mins, today i hurt, will give the gym a miss and go back tomorrow.

I really need to get my food back on track any ideas on how, im finding it hard to eat the right foods as am working lots and also trying to sell my house. Any ideas in quick low cal meals??
