Snack- Quavers (5.5 Syn) and a vanilla mullerlight, 2 x light baby bel (HeA)

Total - 8.5 Syn, 5 of five a day and He A&B

Friday-

B- Cup of tea (3 Syn) Banana, Apple and mixed Melon chunks
L- Chicken breast and lots if cucumber sticks
D- Chicken breast and vegetables with chicken stock
P- Mullerlight, strawberries and Merringe (2.5 Syn)
Snack- Popcorn bag (2.5 Syn) a mullerlightand cadbury's highlight (2 Syn), 2x GF brown bread toasted with 3x baby bel lights sliced (He A and B)

Saturday-

Hi Blinkybonk,
how are you finding it? It can be quite hard to go from CC to SW as on CC you watch everything you put in your mouth, are you finding it hard to adapt to being able to eat as much free food as you like? Your food is looking good though :) x

I thought i would find it hard but i really trust the plan so have thrown myself in 100% and decided not to worry and it definitely worked my first week =)

I much prefer this method as I am not constantly panicking and working out the calories, i just stick to the right foods, the bf has decided to do the plan with me, he started Monday and is enjoying the meals so far and has lost about 2 1/2lbs in four days but he has found it harder to stick to the Syns x

L- Chilli- Quorn mince, onion, chopped tomato, baked beans, mixed beans, passata with three baby bel light (HeA)
D- Steak no fat, Roasted tomato, pepper and onion in garlic powder on a bed of spinach with balsamic vinegar, SW chips
P- Chopped Pear Snack- Banana and Alpen light x2 (HeB), 2 x slices of ham, popcorn (2.5 Syn) and 1/2 curly wurly (3 Syn)

Total- 5.5 Syns, 9 of five a day, He A&B

L- Carrot and Pepper sticks with pastrami x2 and ham x2, Baby bel (2 Syn)
Snack- Ham x 2 slice and egg x2 in frylight
D- Turkey steak, tomato puree and mozzarella (HeA) corn on the cob with small amount of butter (2 Syn) and bag of sunshine vegetable with one spoon of tomato sauce (2 Syn)
P- A Pear, Toffee Mullerlight and one crushed meringue nest (2.5 Syn)

Snack- Popcorn (2.5 Syn)

Diary looks good. Can I ask what popcorn is 2.5 syns, and where do you get it from?

It is Sainsburys 6 pack of 10g bags (2x salt, 2x s&V, cheese and chive) they are 50cal a pack which is 2.5 Syns isn't it? x

Tesco do a multi six pack of sweet, salt and sweet and salty but they are 70 cals each so 3.5 Syn instead x

Ok thanks. I was trying to get my hands on some low syn popcorn so might have to pop into sainsburys. Only really like salted tho, wish they wouldn't always be multipacks.

I'm going away this weekend and going to a theatre, I would always normally grab some popcorn, chocolates or icecream and since my friends will probably do this I wanted to get some low syn popcorn to take along. I'll either get a multipack one and take along the salted popcorn or take some crisps instead. I have tried a few favours of popcorn that have been ok, but don't like sweet at all. Could always take some I don't like into work, they would get eaten.
