Hey my local shop had these on clearance for 27p birds eye beef grills a pack of 4 frozen.

175 cal
11g fat
3.7g sat
4.3 carbs
14g protein.

Anyone know the syn value

App says 9 syns each, which sounds fully synned. I would have expected them to have a partial allowance for the beef. If I put the nutrition through the calculator as beef, they come to 4 syns each. Up to you which value you want to use!

Ha... hm I'll go in the middle and say 6 lol then I can't get it wrong. Thanks a lot. Thats high considering its beef but oh well xx
