Birds eye chicken korma

Hi peeps

My first day on slimming world, n I'm just getting to grips with the SW site.
It says that on extra easy - birds eye chicken korma frozen meal is only 4 syns??...is this right??

Aslong as it is the healthy birds eye range then that is right.
