are you taling about the baked to perfections ones! if t#so then the
haddock fillets with white wine is 3 9 3
king prawn with sweet chilli sauce 10.5 14.5 10.5
haddock with lemon and chive 4.5 10 4.5
salmon with lemon and herb free 11 free
cod with tomato and olive oil sauce 4 9.5 4
it goes EE Green Red
i hope i got the right things, you get 2 pouches in each and the syn value is per pouch!

i thought they wernt riht but i looked on their website and couldnt find the the fish fusion you where talking about! but i just looked on tesco website and ran it through the calc

yeah if i want a piece of fish like that get you HEX bread dry it in the oven for about 10-20 minutes and blend it to make bread crumbs and then put flavours in so get some garlic granuals and some mixed herbs and mis it together and coat it yourself frylight and oven and the same with the lemon and pepper put the zest in and some pepper and do the same! its abit of faffing but then you get to keep your syns for the day! =]
