Could someone work out the syns on EE for me for these please?
Per portion
175 kcal
Protein 20g
Carbs 19g - of which sugars 16g
Fat 1.9g of which sats - 0.5g
Fibre 1.2g
Sodium 0.73g

Pack weight 340g

Made with 100% chicken breast so surely that would count towards free food?

It depends what "portion size" those values refer to.

If it is the same as this ie 2 fillets that weigh 340g total so 170g each it works out as

3 Syns per portion (ie per fillet)

Strictly speaking the chicken is not the first ingredient on the list so shouldn't be counted as the free food though.
