Evening all!
Quick question, does anyone know how many syns are in the Birdseye Chicken Pie? Unfortunately i have a few in the freezer and i'm the only one who eats them! Bet they are high on the syns. Can't find anywhere the syn value and confused.

Yer not worth 2 days syns really. I found out at group last week Betty Crocker pancake mix is 82 syns so don't go making them tonight lol x
