Birthday cake ideas?

I have my fiancés birthday coming up and I'm looking for a nice cake recipe preferably low syn.
My partner wants a fullblown white chocolate/coconut cake which I will happily make for him but I don't want to ruin my hard work by scoffing something super synful.
I tried the chocolate torte and cheesecake from the SW website but they didn't do much for me.
Does anyone have an idea for a low syn cake?

Might be too late now but you could try this one, I've not tried it yet, maybe this week but my group seem to be big fans
