It was my birthday today but had a birthday weekend. So I decided to have the weekend 'off' in the sense that I didn't count what I ate, enjoyed the 'treats' but didn't indulge too much.
Now its time to get back on track plus I got ww scales as a pressie so gonna have a play with them.
