ok so its my birthday monday, I haven't planned to go out or anything but I'd quite like to treat myself to something a bit special for tea. I had thought of perhaps allowing myself 50 points for the day which is an over spend of 25 but still a limit so I don't go off the rails completely. However I see the nurse Friday for my 2nd weigh in and I really really want a nice loss so am thinking I should just stick to my points.

I dont really know what to do. Any ideas? thanks.

you could earn the points via exercise?

You could eat 0 point food through the day and enjoy small bit of what you want that night?

I would accumulate saved points rather than go over, you have today and tomorrow to eat less points and save some for Monday :)

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR MONDAY HUNNY

I think I'd do the same and try to save about 8 points over today and tomorrow, then you can have 8 extra points on Monday. If you eat low-point food all day on Monday then you can treat yourself to something yummy in the evening. You will feel a lot better for the WI and a lot better about yourself generally if you're able to keep some control over it. Good luck!

And HAPPY BIRTHDAY for Monday!!! :)

Another vote for saving some points. What kind of thing did you have in mind for your dinner?

Another vote for point saving. I save 4 daily when I know I am eating out or want something special. It def helps me to feel more in control and really pleased with myself.

Its great that you are thinking about it in advance. Have a great day whatever you decide to do.

Thanks for all your help and I'm so so glad you all came up with the same answer :D especially since I know that a weight loss on friday will mean way way more to me than any birthday celebration :D I really want to go back to the Maldives for my 30th in 3 years time. I went there for my birthday a couple of years back but this time I want to be thin and in a bikini hehe

I actually overspent by 3.5 yesterday so what I'm thinking is save 4 points today, tuesday and wednesday and then I'll have my overspend from yesterday covered plus an extra 8 points for tomorrow :D

Mum mentioned just now about taking me out for a meal, I looked at Nando's because its all quite low points but don't really fancy that, I love pizza! Pizza Express looks like an idea :D :D I had the Padana once from there and it was lush!! Its 12 points according to my Eat Out guide. Then there is those new WW friendly Leggera pizza's with a salad in the middle...

    Decisions :D

Great news on the points saving plan. You will be in control and ww is great for flaxible eating. I am off to Frankies & Bennies in a mo and intend to enjoy my saved points and drive home feeling rather smug :D much better than my pre ww days of stuffing all I could eat at the meal then feeling as if I had ruined my diet so carrying on the stuffing for the rest of the week.

    Have a great time
