I have just pointed bisto gravy granules as per the tub (red, favourite granules) 50ml made up states 0 ppt as per the calculator which I used 1 flat tsp of granules.....the shop book says 1ppt? I'm so confused, any ideas??
I would say go by the nutritional info, i do. I love gravy and cant really eat veg without it and i still loose. I think if u have loads u need to point it tho x
