Hi Rachel, Welcome to the forum.... what a shame that it wasn't more but on the other hand 2lb is still 2lb and better that nothing at all! I'm sure you will get to your goal if you keep up the good work. :0clapper: It's a very popular diet and most peeps do really well with it.
Do start your own diary as then we know where to find you.

I lost 2lb in my first week as well, but it's amazing how quickly those 'little' losses add up. Try googling a picture of a pound of fat - it's a lot!

2 pounds is 2 pounds!

I know it can be demoralising when you've worked hard and resisted temptation and you're hoping for more but it's two steps in the right direction. Look at it this way another 6 weeks of the same and you'll have lost a stone! Wow!
