Hey not too sure yet what I'm at! I joined pp 4 weeks ago and have so far lost 9 pounds, I really need to loose a lot of weight not only for my health but also to feel happy in myself for once! So hoping starting a diary on here will keep me on track.

Wk 5 day one

2 plums and 1 ww yoghurt 2 pp

Briwn roll with lettuce onion cucumber cheese and tomato 12 pp
Packet of snack a jacks and a telco twix 9 pp

Ww ocean pie 5 pp

Packet of snack a jacks 3 pp

Total pp used: 31/40

I also went for a 80 min walk, kindly dragged along by a doggie and my cousin!!!! Can you earn activity points now? I know there are weeklys and I wouldn't use activity points was just curious!

 
wk 5 day 2:

well yesterday went okay apart from the fact im expecting my TOTM and could not ignore the cheesecake my mam had in the freezer! but today is a new day;

yesterdays diary:

1 packet of spicy prawn noodles 4pp

Brown roll with lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, and peppers 8pp

1 packet of meanies 4pp

4 slices of bread, cheese , onion, Ham and lettuce 16pp

Cheese cake 10pp


Total pp used today 42/40
Weekly points used 2/49

After writing it down again i am disappointed I gave in to the cheesecake :( i need to work on my will power big time, i know i wasn't massively over points and still only used 2 weeklies but i need to try harder today esp try to do some exercise as I am very lazy and don't exercise at all!!! Any way will post today's diary up later
