blip at weekend

    gonna say it quick

    On saturday I had a med dominos pizza.

    I have now drawn an line under it and moved on.

    I was expecting it to knowck me out of ketosis but it hasn't although I didn't have any packs on Saturday so it was the only thing that I ate.

    I ahven't really felt that hungry since and have that horrible sugary taste in my mouth when I drink water which I think is a sign of ketosis.

    Any thoughts? actually does anyone else get that sugary taste? it's first thing in the morning sometimes and also sometimes when I drink water.

    I do sometime get this sugary taste come to think of it - I always thought it was from the packs of shakes - they all seem sweet to me!!

    I hope your back on track now hun - main thing is to try and stay focused going forward xx

    hey there dnt worry sat i ate a chinese soon after i felt awfull but its dne cant go bck now ive managed to be fine with my water and shakes and doin well keep goin girl , were both around the same weight just think were gunna be feelin great this summer i cant wait my bday 14th june and i will be were i wanna be by then. cum on woop! woop!
