Right guys I'm having an issue with bloating.

I'm up a dress size today since this morning, started off a loose"ish" 14 but have had to come home and take jeans off as cutting in, its like a wee balloon that's just inflating and inflating.

Not gassy or sore or anything, just generally very sleepy and spotty (face covered).

Really just looking for some general advice on how to relieve it a bit? Its never something I've really suffered with before so am at a bit of a loss...

Not putting any salt in my SS+ meal
    No sauces or anything
    Drinking my water

Any ideas that aren't diuretics as I know we aren't allowed those.

Must be something in the Air Lexie as I have been bloated all day I put it down to maybe being due totm as I am all over the place right now.
its rotten isnt it when you feel uncomfortable like this? What about dandelion tea or something? is that allowed? I'm sure I read it is good at reducing bloating...

Oh that would be wonderful! seriously, maybe it would even be a "doubler" and that means I'd get rid of last months stuff too. Girls in uni think I'm a wierdo for looking forward to period. I just like to function normally.

Oh and look at you and your slinky new pic!

If its allowed Tilly, I will pick up some tomorrow whilst away to occ health for vaccines.

will have check in shop if its made with leaves or flower, if its leaves I'm into it, plus I'd like to have another tea to drink.
