Bloating help!

Sts this week, I know it's because I'm pre-menstrual but still a bit disappointed because I've stuck to plan (apart from having significantly more carbs, but only in 'free' recipes). My stomach looks like I'm expecting twins! Has anyone got any tips for stopping bloating? Or any foods that are particularly good at reducing pmt?
 
I feel your pain - I had a 1.5lb gain last night (my first gain - boo!); I checked my calendar & I'm 5 days late- no wonder I feel huge! Normally I pay attention to my cycle and drink lots of peppermint tea (a tip I read on here) and it has always worked; this is the first and only month I didn't do it. My personal favorite is the Pukka tea - 3 mint; it's gorgeous.
My friends swear by evening primrose oil but I imagine you'd have to syn that..?
