Bloating

On day 4 and I feel im deffo loosing as my jeans feel looser but my tummy is really bloated, I drink my shake quite fast so I feel full, should I sip it instead:confused:
 
Hiya I'm new too but I noticed that after my first shake I got quite bloated, but I did drink it fast as I hated the flavour (vanilla)... with the second one I sipped it rather than gulped it and I didn't get quite as bloated so maybe some connection :) xx
