Blood Donating

Evening all,

I've just booked to give blood on 12th August but am now slightly worried that I can't / shouldn't while I'm on Exante?

Does anybody know if it's ok?

Thanks Starlight - I am currently on TS but would be happy to move onto WS if that meant that I could (it's something that I'm very passionate about). Would that be ok or would I need to move onto proper food for a little while?

Cambridge say people following SS (our TS) have to do the 1000 plan for a week before and a week after they donate blood. So judging by that sounds like youd need to do 2 weeks of WS
