Blood pressure

    Been down my mums and checked my Blood pressure. When I started my journey my reading was 145 over 95.

    Today and I did it twice was 117 over 79
    that puts me in Normal. Ive never had normal linked to me in any way.

    I feel great

    Nor can I Vicki L. did not think that I would lose so much in such a short time
