Total Solution blood tests

Hi

Just a quick question if someone can help, will exante total effect blood test results. My friend wants to start the diet today but has blood tests next week.

I asked my doctor this as I was due 3 blood tests in mid jan and wanted to start exante jan 1st.
My doctor said the diet wont affect blood test results.
She said the only thing she would suggest is taking a pack (preferably a bar) to nibble afterwards in case I felt faint.....that might have been because I've passed out after blood test results before though!
