Iv just had the scrummiest drinner ever (and i cooked it )
Pan fried lamb in garlic - with a fresh tomato sauce(with mushrooms, peppers, onions and more garlic)
With a load of veggies: carrots, broccoli and sweetcorn.
its lush when you pile it high with mushrooms. i have a slight addiction to bacom so i always include some and it fills you up. i could manage a full one the other day. im suprised by how much my appetite has shrank!
