Hi, looking at the 120g sachets, I've never used these before, I have the syn values but is one sachet enough for a stirfry?

It should tell you on the packet - I think the sachets are meant for two or maybe even more servings. Personally I like a lot of sauce and never found that one sachet for more than one person.

I use one sachet between 2 which is usually fine and I do A LOT of veg in it.

Just look at the calories and it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, or you should have been given a PIN number that gives you access to the member's section of the SW website. On there is a syn directory and syn calculator.
