I'm starting a new challenge on monday 9th, I know this overlaps the 10 week challenge by a few weeks but I hope some people come and join me still.
I am currently in hospital and have been for a few weeks now (for mental health reasons) and I came off exante and have spent the last few weeks eating and not doing much else.....silly silly me.
So I am having 1 more go at exante, if this doesn't work I dont know what will.
The challenge is to do 100 days at 100%. I will not be having a weight loss goal for this challenge although if you join me then you can of course. I WILL NOT be weighing myself until the challenge is over. I'll put my start weight and my end weight though.
Start date (day 1) will be Monday 9th july.
Last day (day 100) will be tuesday october 16th.
So weigh in day for the end of challenge will be wednesday october 17th.
Please come and join me if you like.
Even if you slip up/come off plan/start later than monday then just come and do as many 100% days as you can.
Post in here for support and to support others.
