Well I had a long first post here as yesterday was my very first day on slim and save and no one even said good luck....I kind of feel unwelcome, unsupported and just like I dont belong here.
I've actually been in tears tonight as starting a new diet is hard enough but to start a new VLCD AND have no support whatsoever is just heart breaking.
So I'm leaving this part of the forum :wave_cry:
