hi all much happier this week with a loss of 4lb,last week didn't lose anything as had friends visiting had a bbq and couldn't resist,so look at what happens if you pick no loss for me,back into it now and so glad i lost 4lb this week so far so good now lost 16lb and what a difference already,goodluck everyone lets keep going :clap:
