Morning all,

I've been going to the gym a lot more recently, which has to be a good thing! I really enjoy doing classes, but with lectures starting again soon, I won't have time to get to them all. I want to stay focused, but sometimes find I can just end up doing the same thing in the gym. Does anyone use an app that they'd recommend? Looking for something with structured workouts ideally.

Have you tried searching in the App Store? I'm aware of apps such as the couch to 5k and the 30 day ab challenge etc, so would assume there would be? Sorry, I'm not much help!
