Body Magic: Question

Hi everyone.

After having my weigh in last night, I have decided this week to start on body magic. I have a question does hula hooping count towards it. I brought a weighted hula hoop last year and haven't really touched it, now I have moved house I'm thinking about using t again.

I have done 2x 5 minutes sessions today, and I was wondering if I could put it on my fit log. I work shifts, so I'm considering doing this activity when I'm on the late shift and the couch to 5 k on the treadmill when I'm on the early shift, as we have a gym at work and its free to use.

Any advice would be greatly appriciated.
