Ok not done exercise for 12 months gained 2 stone that I had lost on sw since and now I put my foot down! Been on plan 3 weeks and lost 6lb to today's date had a cheeky weigh this morn!!

Last 3 days been trying to add exercise! Today a 2 hour walk up clent hills west mids with my awfully fit for fifty dad and my 3 yr old!! Up the hill where there's some steps I was knackered!!!

Im glad your getting back on track and you really sound like your confidence has been boosted!

Remember your weight can fluctuate during the day!
(i used to do that and get too excited/v disappointed and blow it)
