body magic

    i don't go to a class but can anyone help with the body magic thing I keep hearing about ... I am currently doing 1/2 hour on a gravity strider and 15 mins weights cos I'm still to embarrassed to go out in public :(( I don't think it's making a difference

    Body magic is just their phrase for exercise :)
    To start its recommended to do 45mins per week spread over at least 3 sessions. So what you're doing is fine :)

    if you ask for a fit log you can write down what you do to get your awards

    45min a week for first 4 weeks gives you bronze
    an hour and a half a week for 4 weeks then gives you silver (in 15 or 30 minutes)
    2 and a half hours a week for 8 weeks then gives you gold

    i dont know how long it is for platnum
