Hi just wondering if you get extra syns for exercise? and just checking if you can carry over syns to? I cant seem to find any of this in my books

you cant earn extra for exercise but you can carry them over as long as you use them in your week

I know you get bonus points for exercising with WW but not SW..... probably cos it's unlimited free foods I would think!
