I know I have only just joined you ladies and gents, but I think keeping what I eat all down here will help me, plus I really would appreciate all your feed back, or any advice or tips you may have.


13th October 2009 - Green day.

(I decided to do SW on a spur of the moment thing, we didn't have much food in and my books didn't arrive til day 2)

Breakfast
2 Slices of Hovis nimble white (HeB)
1 tbsp of I Cant Believe its not butter (5 syns)
1 scrambled egg with semi skimmed milk (HeA)
1 Coffee with milk. (HeA)

Lunch
(I didn't eat a meal for lunch...) :mad:

Dinner
Half a jacket potato
Mushrooms cooked in Soy sauce
Tin of Tuna! Yes Tuna! I'm learning, I realised the next day I shouldn't of had this!
Sweetcorn

Snacks
3 Bananas
Onken low fat yoghurt

Syns = 5


14th October 2009 - Green day

Breakfast

Lunch
Tin of baked beans
Boiled egg

Dinner (Note we been shopping after lunch - lol)
Curry (Mushy peas, tinned tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, curry powder, soy sauce, quorn chicken pieces)
Rice
Salad (Lettuce, spring onion, celery, pepper.)

Snacks
2 Bananas

Syns = 5

Ok 3 days in, and I know I shouldn't weigh myself till the end of the week, But... I have lost 5lbs!! :D :D :D :flirt2:

I did feel like I ate loads this day!

15 October 2009 - Green Day

Breakfast
Mullerlight
Banana

Lunch
Jacket potato
left over curry (above)

Dinner
Baked bean lasagne (Beans, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, soy sauce, garlic salt)
Half a jacket potato
Salad

Snacks
2 x Banana
Mullerlight
3 x Morrison chocolate breakfast brownie bar - 10 1/2 syns.

Syns - 10 1/2

I am not going to hide this, Today started off really well, But then I got a call from one of my friends asking me to go out up town, We got through ALOT of alcohol! But I am not going to let that get me down, I did it and I have to deal with it!

16th October 2009 - Red Day

Breakfast

2 Bacon rashers (Grilled, and trimmed of all fat!)
Beans - I know these aren't free on a red day but cannot find the syn value ANYWHERE
2 pieces wholemeal bread (HeB)
2 fried eggs in fry light.

Lunch

We had a late breakfast.
Banana
Mullerlight

Dinner

No dinner, was busy dancing the night away :D

Snacks

Ok, So I had 1 big bottle of VK blue, 2 x double vodka with red bull, around 6 WKD Blues, 1 pint of strongbow, 1 glass of Liebfraumilch!!!!! Lets hope all that dancing burnt some of the drink off!

17th October 2009 - A BAD HANGOVER DAY!

Breakfast
2 sausuages
Fried Egg
Beans
Mushrooms
Bacon
Toast

Lunch
We went to my Mums as it was my little brothers birthday,
A burger which included : Beef burger, chicken burger, cheese, pickle, mayo and a bread roll.
1 fairy cake

Dinner
A ready meal Korma
Chips...

Snacks
None

Syns - Lots

I failed miserably, but back on it 100% tomorrow. I feel so bloated and fat after this day!

I am proud to say I had a 100% Day... Back on track! Its my WI tomorrow!

18th October 2009 - Green Day
