Hi guys

Looking to buy a couple of the atkins books..the one tellling you how it works because apparently if you dont read this you will never understand it properly...this true?? and a cookbook?! any recommendations please?? thanks xx

Amazon UK, usually have a good choice of both. If you read the reviews of each one, it should help you chose. The one I bought was the 1972 edition so I can't advise you on the newer books. Good luck..

Hi, i got my books on ebay, really cheap on there. books are second hand but does'nt really matter with books! x
