Boosting weight loss

    Just thought it might be helpful for people to share their tips on what they tend to do to help boost their weight loss e.g. is it certain foods that help, more red days than green or vice versa, drinking more water, more exercise?????

    Feeling in need of some tips!

    success express give great weight loss each week.

    i only do green days, but if i'm having past i try and fill half my plate with salad as i tend to overdo it on the pasta.

    eat as much veg with meals as possible :D
