Boots sandwich syns help please!

Hi guys,

I forgot to get my new password so can't access the calculator. I have majorly slipped this morning... Oops.

I'm on a green day, anyone able to give me syns for this naughty sandwich I inhaled?!

you probably don't want to know that
but always go with the 20 kcal= 1 syn rule, your sandwich was...22 syns i think

Yep Nika is right, ready made sandwiches get NO free food allowance. so is a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories

However you can deduct 6 syns as a healthy extra b choice, but only if it is 100% whole wheat bread
