Bored with plain proteins... Marinades?

Ok so this is my second week here, nearly done, scales slowed down alot, so far this week
Day 5 and only down 1lb! I know losses wont be good as first week, but not 1lb! Anyway I looked at my diary and the only major changes were that rather than having the protein option, I was having 4 packs, but then my carbs were higher in the mid 60's. Just wondered if this had effect? So on that note I'll go back to having a protein meal,,,, but,, I was getting sick of plain chicken or fish, so what can I use to marinate? Lemon is obviously a no no, any vinegar? Any suggestions please would be appreciated.
 
Iv been using the colemans season n shake with the oven bags .... Paprika is nice iv had that everyday lol :)
 
I've been using the colmans bags too, there all yummy so far. Roughly 10-40cals and 1-3g carbs

Iv never read just used them .... I don't use the full pack though just 1/4 as you get lots in it x
 
I don't have any veggies though or milk allowance so bugger it !!

Will enjoy my chicken :)
